Stanley Street was started in 2015 by Stanley Crump. A chef who originally trained in patisserie Stanley is now a caterer and street-food purveyor that takes inspiration from Europe and the Middle East.
A frequent traveller, Stanley takes a cookery class in whichever countries he visits to pick up tips, flavour combinations and inspiration. This leads to dishes such as Moroccan lamb tagine, traditional falafel, massaman beef curry, raclette, and Lebanese chicken tawook.
He adjusts his menus according to the seasons and availability, using locally produced produce where possible. He sources more exotic items from Peterborough market and the city's Middle Eastern food stores.
Based near Oundle, Northants, Stanley Street will cater for events across Cambridgeshire, Rutland, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and beyond. Look out for the Stanley Street stall at food fairs, festivals, parties, weddings and pop-up events.
